Chef level cook? Do you have a big commercial kitchen unused on most weeknights and Saturdays??? Maybe buy a few hotplates.
Is there a teacher or retired teacher or an expert who loves to teach? What are their skills?
Makes all their own clothes? Sews everything! Quilts? Remember waste not want not? We may come to that again, where we repurpose every piece of random cloth. Maybe invest in 3 or 4 small sewing machines.
